How to setup keyword monitoring

In the URL column in task file input keyword in this format: +keyword1;+keyword2;+keyword3 etc. Keyword matching is inclusive: the product name can contain additional words, but it must include every keyword listed in the task file. If any keyword is not present in the product name, detection will not occur. Example:
